I thought everyone might like to see how this turned out? It was definitely interesting processing a painted piece into a lineart work. I'm really happy with the results.

Preacher cover recreation pencils

Just a fun post I wanted to show off. A buddy of mine has a collection of Preacher cover redo's & he asked me for a piece. I still have to do the final pencils & Inks. I'll probably make a few tweaks for the final piece. Check back later for the final ink version.

2 more pages for this week. A Ken Lashley Flash page & a Greg Tocchini Ion. Both are heavy on the rendering & require a bit of finesse. Looking forward to what you come up with. As scans start to come in I will try to do a full critique of 1 every 2 weeks or so. It wont always be the best page turned in, or the worst. It is about what could be learned from the example.
